Wall Street Takes Center Stage at East Coast Gaming Congress

ATLANTIC CITY, NJ – Leaders in the global investment community will address the 28th Annual East Coast Gaming Congress, identifying and addressing issues that will determine the future of a wide range of gaming verticals.

The view from Wall Street has been a perennial staple of ECGC, the longest-running gaming conference in the United States, since its founding in 1996. This year’s event, which will be held at the Hard Rock Hotel & Casino April 15-16, is sponsored by ICR, a global strategic communications and advisory firm, and will feature:

  • Jacques Cornet, Partner, ICR
  • Rob Heller, CEO, Spectrum Gaming Capital
  • John Kempf, Senior Director, Fitch Ratings
  • Michael Wagman, President & Managing Director, Clairvest Group
  • Joe Weinert, Executive Vice President, Spectrum Gaming Group (moderator)

“ICR recognizes the  East Coast Gaming Congress is a crucial venue where industry thought leaders gather to exchange ideas and insights.  We are excited to support ECGC in fostering meaningful discussions that shape the future of the industry,” Cornet said.

“Institutional investors do more than identify the future of gaming. Their investments make that future happen. This panel provides our attendees with a front-row seat as that future unfolds ,” said ECGC co-founders Lloyd D. Levenson, CEO at Cooper Levenson, and Michael Pollock, Senior Policy Advisor to Spectrum Gaming Group.

Other speakers at the upcoming  ECGC will include 10 CEOs of major gaming companies, as well as  leading  legislators, regulators, suppliers and other experts who will address issues ranging from the future of destination casinos in Downstate New York to the future of lotteries.

The conference will also present a Lifetime Achievement Award to keynote speaker Jim Allen.

Past ECGC speakers have included six sitting, former and acting governors of New Jersey, as well as all CEOs who have ever led the American Gaming Association. The conference will again provide outstanding opportunities for sponsorships, networking, professional development, and business-to-business discussions.
